You are already doing the work

You are not chaotic. You are overloaded.
Build the system around that.

For real life

Life, planned for real life

ReturnKit adapts to your body, your energy, and your responsibilities - so your plans actually work.

How it works →
Built around your body

Cycle & hormonal insights help you plan with your energy, not against it.

One home for it all

Work, wellness, family, finances, and more - all connected.

Plan with flexibility

Adjust on the go with smart suggestions and real-time updates.

Decide with confidence

Clear insights so you can choose what's best for you, each day.

Quietly, also

Things you didn't know to ask for, already here.

Calm mode

A header toggle softens colours, lowers density, gentles animations. For the days the planner needs to whisper, not call.

Bring your own AI

Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI, or any custom endpoint. No vendor lock-in. Pro + your key removes the per-day cap.

Anonymise your exports

Share-safe mode strips names, labels, partner mentions and dates from exports. Show your GP without showing your whole life.

Editable libraries

The diastasis-safe Pilates library is yours to edit, extend, and reset. Strength, yoga and walk libraries soon.

Log past work + workouts

For the days you did the work but never tracked it. Type it afterwards, it counts. No streak shame, no debt.

Demo mode, fully populated

Open the workspace as Aoife: a designer-mum with ADHD and a full week of data. Edit anything; nothing syncs.

In your first 5 minutes

Five steps. Then it's yours.

No 20-tab onboarding. You set up what matters and start. The rest can wait until you actually need it.

1
Pick your doorway

Return-to-work, ADHD-overloaded, or running the household. The planner tunes its copy + suggestions to match.

2
Set your real week

Work hours, school drop-offs, kid days, any fixed commitments. Two minutes in Settings → Schedule.

3
Name today's Top 3

Three tasks, not thirty. Pre-commit a reward. Start a 50-minute Deep block. The timer holds you; the chime ends it.

4
Switch modes as the day shifts

Move, Light, Reset, With kids. Each posture changes the surface: task shape, timer defaults, suggestion tone. One tap.

5
Reflect on the week

Your last 14 days summarised honestly. Pick ONE constraint for next week. Export as markdown to journal or share.

Or skip setup entirely

See it fully populated as Aoife first. Nothing syncs, nothing saves, no card.

The problem

You are not failing planning. Planning keeps failing your reality.

When this section feels specific, it should feel personal. These are the patterns women told us they live every week.

The Invisible Mental Load

You track the pediatric appointments, the school uniform washing schedule, the IVF injection timing, and your quarterly review. No app holds all of this. You do. In your head. At 2am.

0% of a household's mental load is held by mothers, vs 45% for fathers.
Your Brain Is Not Broken

You bought three planners last year. You used each one for eleven days. The problem was never discipline. The problem was that the planner expected a version of you that does not exist on a hard week, a heavy cycle day, or a toddler-fever Tuesday.

The Second Shift After The Second Shift

You close the laptop. You switch to mum mode. Later, you open the notes app to find the thread of the idea you had at 3pm. It is gone. You are doing two full-time jobs and tracking neither one properly.

more unpaid care work done by women than men - 4h25m vs 1h23m a day.
ReturnKit gives these threads one home,

so your week is visible before it becomes overwhelming.

The system

One workspace. Three parts of real life.

The structure stays stable while your week changes. You don't need to rebuild your system every time your capacity shifts.

Your work brain

For days when your mind is fast, fragmented, and still trying to do meaningful work. Run deep blocks, protect attention, and recover the day after interruptions without starting over.

Example: Top 3 tasks auto-flow into Focus mode with timer start.
Your body's context

Health is context for your week, not a separate app to remember later. Cycle, energy, meds, treatment windows and appointments shape your plan in the same surface.

Example: Body tab links cycle phase and energy cues to your daily workload.
The ops you run for free

Invisible labor is still labor. Parenting coordination belongs in your real planning stack - rosters, vaccine timelines, pickups, the practical layer that usually lives in your head.

Example: Localized vaccine tracker by region with overdue visibility.
MomOps is free. Always.

Designed for every part of your life.

Built by

I'm Luana.

Product designer, mum of one, navigating ADHD and perimenopause.

Becoming a mother made me realise how many planning tools are built around consistency. The same energy. The same focus. The same capacity. Every day.

Life doesn't work like that.

I spent time studying how women actually organise work, health, family life, and all the invisible tasks that sit between them.

ReturnKit is the result. A planner that bends with real life instead of expecting real life to bend around it.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

What ReturnKit is, who it's for, where your data lives, and what you actually pay for.

What is ReturnKit, in one sentence?+

A local-first planner for work, family, health, and the invisible load that sits between them. Designed for changing routines, shifting capacity, and real life. Optional AI support when useful, never required.

Who is it for?+

Anyone running a non-linear life with interrupted days and shifting energy. Three buckets: plan & focus (including weeks where your brain has seventeen tabs open), health & hormones (cycle, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, fertility, metabolic care), and parenting (MomOps). Partners and other parents are welcome.

What is MomOps?+

A focused parenting dashboard - "iOS for motherhood". Multi-kid roster (any number, any age), vaccine schedules with overdue tracking (HSE, NHS, CDC, NIP, plus My country / International blend), school + creche placeholders. Free for everyone, no Pro needed. Includes MomOps Copilot, an AI assistant that uses each kid's age, allergies, conditions and meds when you run it.

Where is my data stored?+

By default: in your browser's local storage on this device only. Nothing leaves it. If you sign in (free 7-day trial) we sync an encrypted copy keyed to your email - this gives cross-device sync and the hosted Claude Copilot. Export everything to JSON or delete the cloud copy at any time in Settings → Privacy & data control.

Do I need a Claude or Gemini API key?+

No. Trial and Pro users get hosted Claude included - click Run Copilot on any card. Power users who prefer their own provider can plug a Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, or any OpenAI-compatible key in Settings → AI. The same prompt cards work either way.

What does it cost? Can I cancel anytime?+

7-day free trial of every feature, no card. After that: €10 / month, €100 / year (save ~17%), or €200 lifetime for beta supporters (ends 30 Jan 2027). Or stay on the free tier with your data retained. MomOps remains free on every tier. Cancel anytime via Settings → Account → Manage billing; you stay on the free tier with your data intact.

Is this medical advice?+

No. ReturnKit is planning support, not medical advice. Vaccine schedules are reference baselines from the national programmes we ship (HSE, NHS, CDC, NIP) - always confirm with your GP, paediatrician, or relevant specialist before clinical decisions. The AI Copilot is told to recommend reviewing with your healthcare team where relevant.
